The Italy Road Trip You Need to Copy: Tuscany →Pisa → Florence → Rome

Our Italy road trip started in the heart of Tuscany at Grotta Giusti Thermal Spa Resort — a 5-star hotel built inside a 19th century villa with the largest natural thermal cave in Europe. Absolute dream start to any trip.
From there we drove to Pisa – yes, we did the tower photo, no regrets.
Then on to Florence, where we discovered the buchette del vino – Florence’s famous wine windows. These tiny holes in the walls of 400-year-old palazzos where a hand appears and passes you a glass of Tuscan wine. No bar, no table, just you, the cobblestones, and a glass of Chianti. Unmissable.
Last stop: Rome. We explored the Colosseum, Vatican, Trevi Fountain, and every tourist spot we could find — and zero regrets about that either.
