  2. Gary-air cheese? Itโ€™s pronounced gree-yair. You know how to deal with an uneven oven? Turn the pan periodically but that is obviously too much work for you. Asparagus ends needed to be chopped off. Entirely too much cheese and asparagus way overbaked. You should have blind baked the pastry dough
