Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Pasta 🍝✨
An easy, no-fuss dinner that tastes like a homemade creamy sauce—perfect for busy days and cozy nights.
Ingredients:
3 cups dry pasta (penne or rotini)
1 bottle (16 oz) creamy Italian dressing
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup shredded mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
1 cup cooked chicken (optional, diced or shredded)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Add dry pasta to the slow cooker.
2. Pour in the creamy Italian dressing and chicken broth.
3. Add cooked chicken (if using) and season with salt and pepper.
4. Stir gently to combine.
5. Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, stirring once or twice, until pasta is tender.
6. Sprinkle cheese on top, cover, and let it melt for 10–15 minutes.
7. Stir before serving for a creamy, well-coated pasta.
Serving Ideas:
• Serve with garlic bread
• Add a side salad for freshness
• Top with fresh parsley or extra cheese
Tips:
• Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor
