CHEESY HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE
1 10-ounce can cream of chicken soup
10 ounces milk (one soup can)
6 cups peeled and sliced
potatoes*Russet or Yukon Gold
1 1/2 cups diced ham
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF and grease a
9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl (or right in the baking
dish), whisk together the cream of
chicken soup.
3. Add the sliced potatoes, ham and 1
cup of the shredded cheddar cheese
and stir until the potatoes are all
coated.
4. Spread to an even layer in the
greased pan.
5. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
6. Remove the foil and stir the
potatoes. Top with the remaining
cheese.
7. Bake an additional 30 minutes
uncovered, or until the potatoes are
tender and the edges of the pan are
bubbly.
8. Let set for 5 minutes and serve
warm.

  2. This looks delicious! You could probably add a can of cheddar cheese soup to it if you like it extra cheesey. Will definitely have to try it!
