soy sauce: 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)

hot oil: 200 ml (6.8 fl oz)
carrot: 1 pc
red bell pepper: 1 pc
pumpkin: 1 pc
vegetable oil: 50 ml (1.7 fl oz)
salt: 2 g (0.1 oz)
black pepper: 1 g (0.0 oz)
chicken breast: 200 g (7.1 oz)
corn starch: 50 g (1.8 oz)

  1. To get the best flavour/ benefit from tomato paste you need to fry it off on it's own to allow the full flavour to come through.

  3. Avoid putting regular plastic containers in boiling waterWhen plastic is exposed to high heat (like boiling water), it can break down and release chemicals into the food. Some of these substances can potentially be harmful, especially with repeated exposure.

  4. Why do you always cut the pasta and put chicken on it? It could have been a nice(long spaghetti please)first dish, and the chicken with vegetables a second and side dish. It is not strange to eat so big pieces of chicken with spaghetti.. probably just different taste,but I would have keep the spaghetti long and eat the chicken after the pasta. 🤷🏻‍♀️
