While Chef Bas used local ingredients that are commonly available in markets and very inexpensive for both dishes, Chef Ivan used only extremely expensive ingredients. Just one type of mushroom alone could cost enough to make hundreds of servings of the dishes Chef Bas prepared. These are ingredients that ordinary people can hardly find. It feels like this competition isnโt fair at all โ thereโs no equality in this battle.
