Rifugio romano was one of the best meals of my life 🙂 and I'm Italian hehe just recently went vegetarian. That's my N1 rec for vegans visiting Rome. Outside of pastas the pizza is sneakily good and they make a nice Vish fry. Olive all'ascolana as well!!
