These meatballs are perfect for a lazy weekend dinner or a quick and easy weekday meal. After watching this video, you’ll have everything you need to make the perfect batch of Italian meatballs!
**Ingredients:**
– 1 pound ground pork
– 1 pound ground beef
– Parsley, chopped
– 8-10 cloves garlic confit (see my previous video for the recipe)
– 1/2 tablespoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
– 1 tablespoon dried oregano
– 1/2 tablespoon ground fennel
– 1 tablespoon black pepper (adjust to taste)
– 1-2 tablespoon salt (adjust to taste)
– 1-2 pureed onions (you can puree onions by blending or processing them until smooth)
– 1 cup bread crumbs
– 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
– 2 large eggs
– 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
**Instructions:**
1. Mix ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Shape into meatballs.
3. Pan sear or cook in a 400 degree oven until cooked
4. Serve with your favorite pasta and sauce. 🍅
