  1. Congratulations on eating that part of a mushroom. I think you should’ve stayed with your 10 out of 10 rating because you said it tasted really good in the filling portion was good. And you conquered one more thing by trying a good for you. Of course love stuffed mushrooms

  3. idk if you shouldve given the truffle fries a 10/10 just bc you liked that they didnt taste like truffle fries and just cheese fries. idk how much more they are than regular fries but youre basically boosting them up for ripping you off

  4. As your Greek resident viewer I beg you PLEASE never order calamari at home. It does not travel well. At all. The closed container creates steam and ruins the crunchy crispy texture. Only way to eat it is at a sit down restaurant or made at home. Squeezed lemon on top is traditional and all it truly needs.

  5. Well at least faced your fear of mushroom and tried them, and mushroom are not for everyone, they are an acquired taste. But personally I like mushroom for every kind, and specially stuffed.

  6. We all have sonething that we just can't put in our mouths-mine is oysters, raw, smoked or cooked-no way am I eating them. I do love mushrooms-thinly sliced fried in butter with a little sherry to deglaze-HEAVEN!

  7. The original Carrabbas is here in Houston and we will offers different options as well. The chain has become more commercial over the years as it branches out further. Overall, it is miles ahead of Olive Garden except for the Salad and I don’t even like either salads. I just know what people like. I don’t think I could choose between breads either. Everything else is Carrabbas FTW by a landslide!

    Also! It is a scratch kitchen, so you can personalize dishes. People swear by ordering the shrimp scampi fried and add a side of pasta to make it a meal. I have more good hacks with menu and side items.

  10. I am not watching any fast and furious movie that doesn't star timmy.

    Calamari has no business being bad. deep fried squid with red sauce, you can over cook it and make it rubbery but really there's no excuses to messing it up. It's a gateway food to open someone up to other seafood.

    I thought burrata was generally served like doused in olive oil and stuff because its more of a fresh cheese, there's just salt and that's it. I look at fresh cheese to just taste fresh and clean. but the salt it just enough to make it edible at all. I made the mistake of buying salt free cottage cheese once. I thnk I through it out. trying to salt it yourself it not going to work well.

    Timmy, if you ever feel adventurous, every two years Monroe, Wisconsin has cheese days. If you get up early you can get into the fried cheese curds stand before there's a line. They aren't legitimate cheese curds. They cut down a huge block of cheddar. They take those chunks and fry them in a beet batter. There is nothing better than getting them fresh. Also if you get there before the trash and the karens, the cheese vendor tent is an endless delight. Pork chop sandwiches, ribeye sandwiches, maybe a cream puff. Some great shops, get in get out. it's great stuff unless you have a family weighing you down or a girlfriend with a carnival philosophy also weighing you down.

  12. Always leave the lid to your washer open when you finish washing clothes, so the inside can dry and not grow mold. But try to run the washer without clothes in it, with bleach in the water, and see if that gets rid of the mold.

  13. Yassssss. Carrabbas bread is everything. I grew up going there as a kid and back in the day they would give kids a piece of dough to play with and then they would take it back and bake it for you which is fucking gross thinking about that now. Still love them 10/10. All my family’s birthday dinners were always at carrabbas, I remember my mom losing her shit and being a whole Karen because the salad she ordered for years was discontinued. Then as an adult my mom and I always met each other there after work for happy hour. We loved the burrata appetizer that was our shit, we would put it on the bread. It needs a vehicle to eat with, by itself would be EHHH. and the meatballs we loved. Anyway I’ll shut up now.

  19. Hello. You might have been asked this 1000 times, but I need to know that you are not eating cold food? Do you reheat or keep warm during the process of setting up, thumb nails, etc?
