Back again with some mouth-watering Lasagna, to fulfill your appetite!
Recipe (In order):
– Meat Filling:
• Olive oil – 5 TBSP
• Garlic – 5 cloves – Chopped.
• Chicken Mince – 500 G
• Salt/Pepper – To taste.
• White Pepper – To taste.
• Marinara Sauce – 250 G – (Recipe Below)
– Spinach /Cheese spread:
• Olive oil – 1TBSP
• Garlic – 2 cloves – Crushed.
• Spinach – 100 G.
• Oregano – 1 TSP.
(Mix separately)
• Ricotta cheese – 200 G
• Egg – x1
• Mozzarella cheese – 200 G
• Parmesan cheese – 2 TBSP
• Parsley flakes – 1 TBSP
• Add in the spinach listed above
• Pepper – To taste
– Marinara Sauce;
• Olive oil – 2 TBSP
• Garlic – 4 cloves – Chopped.
• Tomatoes – 0.5 KG – Boiled/Peeled – Mashed.
• Chili Garlic sauce – 2 TBSP
• Mixed Herbs – 1 TBSP
• Canned tomato puree – 3 TBSP
• Salt/Pepper – To taste.
– Sauté in a pan on medium heat. 4-5 min.
– Assembly;
• Spread a thin layer of the spinach/cheese spread evenly on sheets of lasagna, and coat with the meat filling. Leave space at the edge for rolling.
• Roll up gently and arrange in baking dish of choice. Sprinkle with remaining meat and coat with a layer of mozzerella cheese in quantity of choice. (150 G in our video but you can adjust it to taste).
• Bake at 180’C for 20 minutes.
