CROCK POT ITALIAN BEEF SANDWICHES | SLOW COOKER ITALIAN ROAST BEEF RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
2-3 pound chuck roast
14.5 oz can of consomme beef or beef broth
1 pkg. au jus gravy
1 pkg. italian salad dressing seasoning
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
2-3 cloves garlic
5-8 pepperocini peppers with a little juice
Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high 3-4 hours or until beef is pull apart tender.
