In this video, we’re unboxing an Amalfi 6 seat oval dining garden furniture set to show you everything you get in the box.
We’re also demonstrating how to put the set together, working with the instructions given to aid you in your assembly.
NOTE: The fittings and fixtures are attached to the inside of the box so make sure you find these before throwing the box away.
In the box you get:
The table
Table legs
Table panels
Fixture and fittings
6 Amalfi chairs and cushions
Parasol Base
Parasol
Constructing:
Build the set on the table packing to protect it during construction.
1) Remove the packaging
2) Place the plates and legs to one side
3) Cut open the table top packaging and tuck it out of the way, ready for building
4) Screw the 4 bolts into the table and tighten with a screwdriver
5) Place a leg, flat washer, lock washer and nut onto every bolt.
*Make them finger tight, you will need a bit of give*
6) Place the plates onto the legs making the recessed end on the top
7) Screw the flat washer, lock washer and nut onto each bolt
8) Tighten all the nuts on the plates and the legs with a socket or spanner
9) Go round them again to make sure they’re all tight enough
10) Cover the nuts with the nut caps
11) Someone will need to help you turn the table over to it’s correct position
Parasol:
1) Click the two parts together
2) Slide it through the hole in the table
3) Make sure it’s aligned correctly in the base
4) Secure it in place in the base
Parasol Base:
1) Remove the protective ring
2) Push the bolt full though the base
3) Place the two rings on the bolt
4) Screw in the centre column
