Our Rochele work family had the most unforgettable evening learning to cook authentic Italian pasta with Nicolo’ Campagnari, owner of Fortitude Valley’s beloved Ripiena Italian restaurant. We rolled up our sleeves for a hands-on masterclass – crafting tagliatelle from scratch, discovering the stories behind regional pastas and wines, and laughing like old friends around the flour-dusted table.
We even got to take home pasta makers (grazie, Nicolo’! 🎁) to keep the inspiration cooking. This wasn’t just a team event; it felt like a family dinner filled with gratitude and togetherness. Huge thank you to Nicolo’ – a true artist and passionate soul – for sharing your time, talent, and heart with us.
