4:33 the store is called 酥小马 (Su Xiao Ma, Crispy Little Ma) Ma means Horse and also a surname that is very common with Han Muslims. On the sign (big yellow / gold cloth) at the back of the stall it says under 酥小马 and underneath it says 马带牛肉饼 (Ma Dai Niu Rou Bing) Horse Belt Beef Pastry. The horse is likely referring to his family name Ma and the belt you see him make the pastry he pulls the dough and rolls the filling, so the dough is like a belt. The three flavours they offer are Beef and Cheese, Mala Beef (Sichuan Numbing (sichuan peppercorn) Spicy), and Five Spicy Beef.

I’ve been to these places many times and just came back recently. Your content is so immersive, it perfectly captures the joyful feeling of traveling. I live near the Shaolin Temple, you’re more than welcome to visit if you get the chance.We have special fried knife-shaved noodles here. Chefs shave the dough straight into the pot with a special blade. After boiling, it’s stir-fried with chili and toppings, richly spicy and delicious.
We also have braised meat stuffed sesame flatbread. The bread is baked in an oven with sesame on both sides. Crispy bread paired with tender braised meat tastes amazing.
China has countless amazing places to visit. I only travel around China for now. I visited Vietnam when I traveled to Guangxi before. I truly admire that you can travel all over the world.
