Years of Progress! Feel like I finally made it how I’ve been trying to

Been making this style for a few years, not really sure what to call it – kind of a hybrid between a grandma and a Detroit? Idk but I love it.

Anyway I finally made the dough exactly how I want. From taste, to size and got the rise I wanted! Just happy how it turned out.
