  1. I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed my time at this property. If you watch the video, you’ll see it for yourself. I’m still dreaming about it. I highly recommend watching this on a big screen so you can truly feel like you’re in Utah with us. Also make sure to stay for the night montage at the end, it’s absolutely worth the full experience!

  2. that developer that lost 37 million …. sucks for him for 43 million that better come with 27 dwarfs, 12 dragons 17 she elves and that F ring from the movie

  3. all these massive luxury houses it almost feels like nobody ever actually lives in them.some people are so rich they are never home.they always travel the world

  4. The style of the house wastes stonework, the roof is mostly low quality, main garage is buried, secondary garage has round doors. 10 cars for what exactly? Snow Tires.
The pond turns to an ice block. Too cold to grow any green lawn, so you have a snow and dust, mud problem all year round.
The design is dark and skew, because it represents lgbt pride. Basically a Brokeback Mountain type of residence. LOTR being a sodomite mockery of God.
I'd charge you a bit to knock it down.

  5. Nicest and most interesting architecture of ALL the houses you have shown us. Top notch production sir. Well done. (Wish I was rich because I would outbid everyone on that property!)

  6. Wow!!!! Whoever lives in this property never ever gets old!!! That nature and peace and privacy is everything!! That lake, koi pond, river, and mountains and thin air, pure oxygen…. If I had have enough money to buy, I wouldn't think twice❤❤❤❤

  7. This home is majestic and magical in equal measure. I love the extensive use of wood and limestone, the quirky architectural curves, the cavernous rooms, the extensive streams and lake. Well done Enes for plunging into that freezing water.

If I bought this place, I would turn the huge garage area into a mega-gym, transform the climbing-wall area into a squirrel monkey sanctuary, and build an outdoor tennis court with amphitheatre surround for friends to cheer and heckle.

Utah is gorgeous, particularly the most snowy month of March. I prefer Utah (deer, moose, elk) to Texas (rattlesnakes), Florida (alligators), or Alaska (grizzly bears). Thank you Enes and team for this incredible mansion tour, the best property I've ever seen.

  8. That would be a home i grew up in had 5 children nd lived in until I passed it down to keep it in the family. Would definitely not have a need to leave much except for travel. It would be my magic zen while keeping me tranquil nd grounded away from the crazy world until I decide to go back out. Yes I'd live longer here 4 a fact

  9. The water flows downhill to the pond. Can that elevation change be harnessed to provide hydroelectric power? Just enough for the house using, perhaps, a water wheel.

  10. NO LEN NAM POVEC KOLKO STOJY UDRZBA A ZAHRADNICI A PERSONAL CO TO UDRZIAVA KOSI ZA JEDEN MESIAC A NEHOVORIM CO TO STOJI ZA 1 ROK TO JE MAJLAND ASIK

  11. “Ooh for the love of Pete” (as my grandmother used to say)

Editing is too jarring. Shots that are 1 billionth of a second in duration may seem cool, but they are visually exhausting ultimately.

Think about normal people who may be viewing. And not just video game overstimulated incels

  12. Why does the ‘private pond’ have a

All the very necessary kidding aside, this looks beautiful.

But wouldn’t it be more useful as a hotel? It would be incredible as a guest lodge.

This is exactly the ultimate plan of goofs building places like this. That’s the design from the very beginning.

But you can’t say this, of course. It will make you a developer-ist.

And you’ll be cancelled and sued

Bizarre wealth nonsense culture. Just like Silicon Valley

  13. I love how you went a little funny at the basketball court and with the echo on the second floor. 😄And this property is so amazing I can't just leave without commenting "Oh My God". New favourite home for sure. I love how you can still find properties that can surprise us. Love Love Love, I can't find other words. Thank you for the experiences, Enes! ❤
