Well, I haven't eaten subway since a friend found a bandaid in their meatball sub ,but once upon a time it was a meatball with bacon, double provolone cheese , black olives, spinach and red onion on top of the cheese so it gets cooked somewhat when toasted.
My go to order when I'm craving a sub that's pizza like is I'll get a footlong Italian herb and cheese BMT, add marinara before adding the meat and provolone, toast, add onion, green pepper, olives, the mvp vinaigrette, black pepper and parmesan, then toasted again. Delicious!
