A week in our life as a family of 10 through the lens of the all important question: “Hey mom what’s for dinner?” We try to make varied meals that everyone likes. Enoch pretty much loves every meal so he’s fun to cook for him 🙂 Also we celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with some traditional corned beef & cabbage along with my dad’s 74th birthday. Naomi arranged a tune my dad wrote for a Bible Verse on Strings and it was so beautiful to see them all playing together! This week we also went out to eat and Naomi had a violin competition (and she won!) I realized when I was editing this vlog that we actually made 2 recipes from the onceuponachef.com website (Chicken Marsala & Stuffed Peppers). We’ve tried a number of recipes from that site and they are all amazing. I’m not sure if websites can win awards or not but that site deserves one! Also Naomi found a way to recreate these sandwiches from the Pappalecco restaurant in Little Italy, San Diego. She had made them before for us but I wasn’t sure how she made them so she gave us a little tutorial. That Sandwich is a winner! (Party in your mouth for sure 🙂 Then Marc finishes off the video with a trip to Costco and Trader Joe’s to get the groceries for the week. No Amber, in uncured pancetta is not kosher. Pancetta is pork and we don't eat pork if keeping kosher. Only when pancetta is made from veal or beef and is certified as kosher. Steve's mother's bakery either had certified veal or beef pancetta or her bakery was '

In Greece we eat so many meals with meat,with a lot of vegetables and green beans, peas we cook them with tomatoes, potatoes, carrots and fresh herbs like parsley or dill and beans,garbanzo beans and lentils we make them soups at least once a week.i love that you make simple,different,nutritious and delicious meals !!kisses from Greece❤❤❤❤❤

Amber, I must say, you do have some special followers. One of them called me a “retard” because I don’t seem to understand the evils of kosher salt and another one called me a “germaphobe” because I suggested that Neta’s hands should be washed before you hand her food, after she’s been playing in dirt that may potentially be riddled in cat poop.
It is like the twilight zone over here. 😅

Why is the Moe drinking out of a sippy cup? Isn’t he 4 years old.?🥺
Why is Netta Stella on the bottle and in diapers?
Neta should be drinking from a sippy cup and Mo from a regular cup. Neta is over two and children should be completely off of the bottle between 15 and 18 months of age. Prolonged bottle use can also ruin a child’s teeth. Holding a sippy cup also improves a child’s hand dexterity and fine motor skills.

I’m worried about Enoch. He’s been unwell a few times and I’m not sure if they’ve taken him for a checkup. I have a soft spot for Grandpa; he’s a blessing and his faith is strong. He makes things fun by telling stories and singing. My parish priest did the same and as a child I learned more that way!

Well poor precious Enoch has the stomach flu again don't you know if it was the stomach flu everybody in the house would have it nobody has the stomach flu that much I'm curious have y'all taken this sweet boy to the doctor he could easily have something going on its neglect to leave him sick like this I pray he feels better and y'all can find out whats going on with him❤
