They got the idea from the US & they don’t do it so well. If the food is slightly above average why bother.
There's a US chain with a similar theme of rude service people called "dicks last resort". I've been to one with the family and it was a lot of fun.

I wlfor sure wouldn't enjoy It at all… Just going out at the streets people are edgy and in a mood.
If I going places and pay for it, needed to be Calm, Educated, and just over all just a pleasant experience. And there's nothing less pleasant than been mistreated! Plus the food was just Meh, just ordinary junk food!

As an American the staff isn't rude in fact at most places they would be the nice one…

Makes a change to watch a review video and someone give a proper review, and say it how it is rather than try big it up, yes the concept is different and quirky, but you can tell from this video the quality of the food is under par especially for the price point
