If the tomato sauce is standing too long on pizza dough on a counter top this is a recipe for dissaster. It will be hard to get it on a peel, pizza will stick to the peel and it will be hard to get it off when putting in the oven.
Don't know why everyone is SCARED to touch the pizza with their hands, when the person making it, already spin the dough & flattens it out, with their grubby hands.
