I go to this restaurant every chance I get. Giampietro in Breckenridge, Colorado, is the perfect perfect to bring good cheer to your evening. I usually opt for the linguine with white clam sauce which is excellent here. This is Rocky Mountain dining at its best. The restaurant is named after Giampietro DiMarchi who immigrated from Northern Italy. He became famous for his thin crust pizza. Today, the restaurant has a full menu including calzones, pasta, pizza and other Italian fare.
