🧄 Season Chicken Thighs
1 tsp Creole, 1 tsp Old Bay, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Paprika, ½ tsp Pepper
🍳 Sear Chicken in avocado oil until cooked (7–8 min)
Remove
🧅 Sauté Shallots + Garlic
Add 1 Tbsp tomato paste + splash of water to deglaze
🥣 Make Creamy Sauce
