Chicken & Pasta 

350g (12.3oz) – Fettuccine 
1 Tbsp (20ml) – Olive Oil 
1 – Chicken Breast, Halved 
1 tsp (4g) – Onion Powder
1 tsp (4g) – Garlic Powder 
1 tsp (4g) – Smoked Paprika 
Salt & Pepper 

Creamy Alfredo Sauce – 

1 Tbsp (14g) – Unsalted Butter
4 – Garlic Cloves, Grated 
1 1/2 Cups (375ml) – Thickened Cream 
1 Cup – Parmigiano Reggiano, Freshly Grated 
1/4 tsp (0.1g) – Nutmeg, Grated 
Flat Leaf Parsley, Chopped

  6. The chicken need to rest with the spices for at least 12 hours or else it would not penetrate the meat, you know this bro ! And you removed all those spices from the pan cos you burned it ! I would add some chicken stock and make a good salsa (yes salsa) 😀 Just saying ! No wipe ! 🙂
