30g of rosemary
Parsley to taste
3 tablespoons of salt
A pinch of black pepper
2kg of potatoes
A drizzle of olive oil
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
A pinch of chili flakes

    No Italian does this. And dont fuck up your oven rack, just use a damn roasting pan with a roasting rack
