  1. Seeing the Uffizi Art Gallery in person was amazing! For anyone with even an inkling of artistic leanings, Uffizi is a must! ❤️‍🔥

  2. Another great video Gregor, I tried a Panino Lampredotto last year when we were there it is so, so delicious my wife said yuk but I persuaded her to try some and she ended up having one to herself. Excellent advice once again. Grazie

  3. OMG!I'm heading there next week! I'll be staying in Rome first then a few days in Florence, just wanna take it slow and see how it goes, thanks for the tips! Can't wait!!!!

  4. Appreciate the video, Gregor. Gonna be in Florence in October. Still planning all the things to do in the city and Tuscany. This helped a good bit in the planning.

  5. We took a very similar approach to our day in Florence, but:

    – visited Santa Croce to visit the graves of Italy’s heroes

    – walked around the city and grabbed lunch

    – at 1 pm visited the Galleria degli Uffizi to escape from the heat. The pictures are amazing, but that ceiling….

For non meat eaters, Toscan Pici in Tomato and Aligone sauce is amazing!

I do wish we had more time to visit the market though! Two to three days in Florence would be ideal.

    Great video!

  6. Hi Gregor, new to the channel, already in love with italy but love your take on it!

  7. Enjoy your content and your videos. Question.. since it is recommended to order coffee and pastry at the bar, can you order and still take a seat afterwards?
