Another great video Gregor, I tried a Panino Lampredotto last year when we were there it is so, so delicious my wife said yuk but I persuaded her to try some and she ended up having one to herself. Excellent advice once again. Grazie

Appreciate the video, Gregor. Gonna be in Florence in October. Still planning all the things to do in the city and Tuscany. This helped a good bit in the planning.
We took a very similar approach to our day in Florence, but:
– visited Santa Croce to visit the graves of Italy’s heroes
– walked around the city and grabbed lunch
– at 1 pm visited the Galleria degli Uffizi to escape from the heat. The pictures are amazing, but that ceiling….
For non meat eaters, Toscan Pici in Tomato and Aligone sauce is amazing!
I do wish we had more time to visit the market though! Two to three days in Florence would be ideal.
