  3. It's a great basic meal. Very healthy. Don't cook the veggies very long. Raw veggies are best for your health.chicken, Garlic and olive oil will bring out the real flavors of this recipe.Garlic and oregano and salt if you must. Very healthy! Clean nutritious meal!
