This pasta dish is something my grandmother taught me years ago and its very easy to make in my opinion. . It has big bold flavors from the Sausage that transfer to the Onions, Peppers, and Pasta that make the taste incredible.
In Italian it might be called something like this: Pasta Di Salsiccia Italianan

Ingredients:
2 Onions Sliced
2 Bell Peppers Sliced
8-10 oz of Linguini
2 oz Fresh Chopped Basil
28oz Can San Marzano Tomatoes
Italan Sausage – 5-6 links
5 Cloves of Garlic – diced
1/2 Cup White Wine
Salt, Pepper, and Oregano to taste ( start with 1 tsp of each)
Parmigiano Reggiano to top the dish
