The revolutionary ultra-compact surface, Dekton by Cosentino has been specified throughout The Waterhouse Project restaurant. Located in the heart of Bethnal Green, East London, The Waterhouse Project is a fine dining experience offering exquisite elegance in a relaxed, comfortable and informal atmosphere. Its interior has been designed by Hi-Spec Design, specialists in bespoke German and Italian kitchen furniture, and features luxurious marble-effect Dekton Rem by Cosentino for the worksurfaces, chef’s table and wall cladding. Installed in September 2021, the Dekton Rem surfaces were fabricated by JR Stone and include the 20mm thick worksurfaces and chef’s table along with 8mm cladding on the back wall.
