I interviewed Cesare Lubrano, the owner of Cafe Graziella in Hillsborough, NJ. Cafe Graziella is an Italian BYOB which focuses on providing their guests authentic Italian food. I am Lisa Neff-Wheeler and am a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty (Hillsborough/Montgomery Office). My family and I love their service and great food. I learned about how Cesare came to own the restaurant and how he has grown the business. I also learned how his team navigated through COVID and what his favorite dishes are on his menu.
