Tonight from Central Italy, we will move to the north(because my pure northern vanilla skin can’t take this heat and sun any more!). The region so beautiful that I am not even surprised that Austria had big difficulties giving it back to Italy. And even though most of the landscape is carved by the rocks, winemakers still manage to grow some grapes and most of them are above table wine quality! Ladies and gentlemen, I present you, one and only: Trentino Alto Adige!!
