This chicken pasta bake is cheesy, creamy and comforting. This dish contains everything you need: pasta, chicken pieces , béchamel sauce and melted cheese. The perfect dish for family dinner.
Ingredients:
Butter 6 tbsp ( 2tbsp for cooking chikcne + 4 tbsp to drizzle before baking)
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Chicken boneless 250gm
Salt to
Black pepper 2tsp ( 1 tsp in chicken + 1 tsp after adding milk)
Dried Oregano 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Cream 200ml
Milk 2&1/2 cup
Chilli garlic sauce 3-4 tbsp
Sweet chilli sauce 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Pasta (Boiled) 250gm (boil according to instructions given on packet)
For layering:
Cooked chicken & pasta
Mozarella cheese 1/2 cup
Bread crumbs ( panko) 3/4 cup
Olives green / blacl
Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
