We are looking for 15 LINE COOKS and 6 Chef de Partie for our client in Saudi Arabia. Our client is a leading fine dining restaurant chain in Saudi Arabia.
Interviews will be held with the client on 17th March in all three of our offices – Karachi, Rawalpindi and Lahore.
Chef de Partie: SR 4000
Effectively monitor the daily operations of the respective outlet, including provide support
and guidance to fellow outlet Chef, Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef to ensure success and
effective operation ending in a positive guest experience. Basic food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2). At least 2-3 years CDP/ Kitchen Supervisory experience. Experience in Italian and/ or American concept. Great knife skills/ highly competent cook
Line Cooks: SR 2000. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in GCC OR with a leading Italian / American restaurant in Pakistan. Experience in standalone concept in a fast paced environment.
Candidates with experience in Fast Food or in Pakistani restaurants will NOT be accepted.
