This recipe has been in my family for generations, I hope you enjoy it, its super easy and super tasty… and if you don’t like liver then you could try the sauce with some pasta or as a sausage casserole instead!
Ingredients:
Thinly Sliced Lambs liver :(In the video I cooked for 4 people and used a pack and a half of preprepared sliced lambs liver!)
Butter: 4oz
White onion: 2
Garlic Cloves: 3
Spring Onions: 6
Mushrooms: 4oz
Tomato puree: 1/2 a tube
Chopped Tin Tomatoes: 1 Can
Beef Stock: 4 FLoz
Table Salt: 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp
Dried Thyme: 1/4 tsp
Dried Basil: 1/4 tsp
Bay Leaf: 1
Red Wine Vinegar : 1/2 TBSP
Courgettes: 2
