CREAMY SAUSAGE PASTA RECIPE. Here are the list of ingredients:
For boiling the pasta:
► Water/পানি – 5 cups
► Salt/লবন – 1 tbsp
► Pasta/পাস্তা – 3 cups
For the white cream:
► Butter/মাখন – 50 grams
► Flour/ময়দা – 2 tbsp
► Liquid milk/তরল দুধ – 1½ cups
► Chili flakes/চিলি ফ্লেক্স – 1 tsp
► Black pepper/গোল মরিচ – 1 tsp
► Salt/লবন – 1 tsp
For the main dish:
► Cooking oil/রান্নার তেল – 2 tbsp
► Onion/পেঁয়াজ – 2 tbsp, chopped
► Garlic/রসুন – 1 tsp, chopped
► Sausage/সসেজ – ½ cup, sliced
► Carrot/গাজর – ½ cup, sliced
► Capsicum/ক্যাপসিকাম – ½ cup, sliced
► Tomato Ketchup/টমেটো কেচাপ – 2 tbsp
► Tomato paste/টমেটো পেস্ট – 1 tomato blend with ½ cup water
► Salt/লবন – 1 tsp
► Boiled pasta
► White cream
► Black pepper/গোল মরিচ – ½ tsp
► Green chili/কাঁচা মরিচ – 2 pcs, sliced
