Since I started watching your channel my A1C has went from 12.5 to 9.1 in less than a yr. I know I will soon be below 6.0 if I stay the course and continue to follow your tips. You are doing gods work. Thanks man.
When you say increases by this much increases from what fasting dl? My fasting dl is 94 For most adults without diabetes, blood sugar levels should ideally stay below 140 mg/dL two hours after a meal. For those with diabetes, the target is generally less than 180 mg/dL. Blood sugar naturally peaks about 1 to 2 hours after you start eating and typically returns to a "normal" fasting range within 2 to 3 hours.

Hi, can you try shiratake rice/noodles also? Thank you.
what about chick pea pasta?
I’ve tried the spaghetti squash, really don’t like it, it’s mushy. Plus a lot of extra work to cook it. Any other ideas?
why call it spaghetti ? its squash with meat sauce. just like mashed cauliflower is not mashed potato, its mashed cauliflower.

This is a great meal. Very delicious.
Add parmesan cheese before sauce. It helps dry the squash.

Thank you for sharing ❤️ 😊 ❤
All good but what does it taste like , no added sugar enhancer and no real pasta.
Has anyone on here tried spaghetti squash? How does it really taste? Is it tolerable?
