Today is the day i get to start making the Vine Co Estate Series Amarone Red Wine Kit, this was a present off my wife and at £79 its an investment, around £2.70 a bottle before youve brewed it, but what you have to remember the quality kits are more expensive and this will make 30 bottles of the Italian Fine Wine Amarone which retails from £14 upwards in british Supermarkets. So todays Day 1 lets see how easy it is to brew.
