Dina’s great grandmother came from Olbia in Sardinia and they continue to make her special ravioli. But is it Sardinian? Or an Italian-American adaptation? If you make something similar please let us know.
PS My hunch is great grandmother Maria met someone from Friuli – this is similar to ‘cjarsons’ which are ravioli filled with ricotta, raisins, spices. I would love to film them 😊
