Here is our homemade recipe to our pizza and pasta sauce. You can store it up to a month in the fridge and enjoy a quick pasta or pizza with minimal effort.

Ingredients:
5 tomatoes
1 tsp oregano / dried italian herbs
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp kashmiri chili powder
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Boil the tomatoes in bubbling water
2. Flip them around and ensure all sides are well boiled
3. Drain the tomatoes from water once their skin has separated slightly
4. Let tomatoes cool and peel their skin off
5. Add the peeled tomatoes and garlic to a blender
6. Blend them well into a liquid texture
7. Add 2 to 3 scoops of the tomato mixture to a heated pan
8. Add the kashmiri chilli powder and mix it well
9. Once the tomato sauce comes to a boil, add the remaining of the tomato mixture and mix together
10. Add the required salt and ketchup and let the tomato sauce reduce to a thick consistency
11. Once sauce has reduced in volume, sprinkle some oregano and mix well
11. Add the sauce to pizza or pasta and serve
Note: You can store this in the fridge for up to 1 month
