Cheesy Arancini Balls
Ingredients ( makes 18-20 balls approximately)
2 Cups Boiled Rice
1 Tsp Oil
1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
2 Tbsp Chopped Onions
1/2 Cup Each of Chopped Cartots, Chopped Beans and Chopped Capsicum.
1 Cup grated processed cheese
Salt to taste
1/2 Tsp Mixed Herbs
1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1 Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
Oil for frying
Bread Crumbs
For Slury
3-4 Tsp Cornflour
1 Cup Water
Pinch Salt
