Baked Italian sausages and tomatoes – RECIPE
Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 50 mins
Complexity: Easy
Ingredients (4 people):
4 sausages
500gr cherry tomatoes
garlic
bay leaves
extravirgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Procedure:
1) Cut the cherry tomatoes in half;
2) Mix them in a tray with olive oil, garlic, a few bay leaves, salt and pepper;
3) Lay the sausages on top of this tomatoes bed;
4) Stick everything in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 190C/370F;
5) Turn the sausages and leave in the oven for additional 10-15 minutes;
6) ALL DONE, ENJOY!
