Italy opened its borders to visitors this week, and many restrictions have been lifted including wineries being allowed to open for tasting.
On Wednesday we visited one of our favourite Barbaresco wineries, Cantina Francone, both to taste some wine and check out their newly born kittens for a replacement for our late Mr. Bean
On Friday Rina prepared another lunch almost entirely with ingredients from our garden, both an Italian classic and one of her specialities, gnocchi served with two sauces one vegetarian and one with meat. Take your choice.
