Hot Italian Sliders
Ingredients

-1 package soft slider rolls or Hawaiian-style rolls, 12-count
-4 oz sliced ham
-4 oz sliced Genoa salami
-4 oz sliced capicola
-4 oz sliced pepperoni
-8–10 slices provolone cheese
-1/3 cup sliced pepperoncini
Italian Spread
-1/4 cup mayonnaise
-1 tbsp red wine vinegar
-1 tsp Dijon mustard
-1/2 tsp dried oregano
-1/4 tsp garlic powder
-Black pepper, to taste
Chopped Italian Salad
-1 1/2 cups finely shredded iceberg lettuce
-1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
-1/4 cup chopped pepperoncini
-2 tbsp red wine vinegar
-1 tbsp olive oil
-1/2 tsp dried oregano
-Pinch of salt and black pepper
Garlic-Herb Butter (I used store bought but you@can sub with this)
-4 tbsp butter, melted
-1 clove garlic, finely grated
-1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
-1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat the grill to 375–400°F for two-zone cooking.
Mix the Italian spread, then spread it over both cut sides of the rolls. Layer the bottom rolls with provolone, ham, salami, capicola, pepperoni, pepperoncini and another layer of provolone. Add the tops.
Mix the melted butter, garlic and Italian seasoning. Brush over the rolls and finish with Parmesan.
Cook over indirect heat for 10–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden. Move briefly over direct heat if you want the bottoms crispier.
While they cook, toss together all of the chopped salad ingredients.
