    I donโ€™t know what type of flour you used but bread flour is more airy

    You can add olive oil or more water to your dough to soften it up. You could also do less kneading/stretch and folds so you donโ€™t develop so much gluten structure.

    Something else Iโ€™d recommend to you is pre-baking that pizza dough a bit before you put toppings on. The doneness of the crust you have here is a good place to put the toppings on.
