Had some emergency dough that was exploding in the package, and was planning on making corn tortillas for enchiladas. Scratched the tortillas, why not make a pizza? I used enchilada (red) sauce (heavy), blackbeans, and a cheddar and moz blend. Ooni w lowered temp after launch. Then topped with guacamole, garden tomatoes, red pickled onions and fresh chz. Very yummy.
