Ingredients for mini meatballs:

* 1 lb ground beef (amount inferred from recipe style)
* 1 tbsp paprika
* 1 tbsp garlic salt
* ½ tbsp oregano
* ½ tbsp Italian seasoning
* ½ tbsp black pepper
* ½ tbsp onion powder
* ½ cup breadcrumbs
* 1 egg

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, seasonings, breadcrumbs, and egg.
2. Mix until combined and form into mini meatballs.
3. Heat a little oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
4. Add meatballs and brown on all sides.

Creamy Meatball Pasta Ingredients:

* 1½–2 lbs chicken stock
* 1 lb pasta of choice
* Marinara sauce (amount to taste)
* ½ cup heavy cream
* ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese
* 1½ tbsp sugar
* ½ tsp garlic salt
* ½ tsp black pepper
* ½ tsp Italian seasoning
* ½ tsp oregano
* Fresh basil
* Fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. After browning the meatballs, add chicken stock and pasta.
2. Cover and boil until the pasta is about 1–2 minutes shy of al dente.
3. Stir in marinara sauce, basil, sugar, garlic salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and oregano.
4. Simmer on low for 1–3 minutes.
5. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, and parsley.
6. Cover and simmer another 1–2 minutes
