Im terrible w/ getting photos so this is a pic from a customer. I run a NY Grandma Style square pan pizza popup. So many folks sent me the insta reel of the crab rangoon pizza (ted zaza) and then i saw all the half assed knockoffs so i had to give it a try.
3 to 1 real crab and imitation crab mix, mozzarella, squizzle of ginger garlic cream cheese/ricotta situation, garnished w/ green onions and house fried wontons, served w/ a side of house made Salsa Macha (mexican hot oil chili crisp) (not pictured).
Reviews were positive and if there was something someone didnt like, they didnt say anything. I stay open minded and actually encourage telling me what sucked. Only complaint i heard was the Salsa Macha was mouth burning hot, but still delicious.
Equipment: Ooni Koda Max for main bake, Halo Versa for bottom crust crisping finishing bake, Lloyds Pans 10×10 grandma pan.

Looks pretty solid. My personal dip of choice for crab rangoons is either a Thai-style sweet chili sauce or a mix of that bright orange sweet and sour sauce and soy.
I’d try it.
