    Let the oven do all the hard work and for bonus points, lasts in your fridge up to one month.

    OVEN BAKED EGGPLANT DIP🍆🍅🧅🧄

    Ingredients:
    • 1 large eggplant or 2 small eggplants, cut into large cubes
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 1 large tomato, chopped
    • 2 jalapeños or 5 serrano chilies
    • 1 red pepper, chopped
    • Handful of garlic cloves, peeled

    Sauce:
    • ½ cup olive oil
    • ¼ cup tomato paste
    • ¼ cup pomegranate molasses
    • ¼ cup date molasses
    • 1 tbsp salt
    • 1 tbsp paprika

    Place all vegetables in an oven-safe dish. Mix sauce ingredients separately and pour over vegetables. Toss well. Cover and bake at 400°F for 30 minutes. Uncover, mix, and bake an additional 30 minutes.

  4. I just bought pomegranate molasses, it is sooo good, i put it on plain yougurt, then today used it in pkace of balsamic, it was 10 tumes better. Now to find date molasses and make this dip!!!

  7. sivan, your channel is truly healing to watch!! after years of dealing with an ED, most healthy food content became kind of triggering to my disordered urges because so much of it reads as thinly veiled ED recipes. but yours? oh my, it's wonderful! your attitude about food is so joyous, your meals look all delicious and balanced and it all feels so natural and welcoming, it's so refreshing to see such an approach. your food feels clean but doesn't feel clinical and methodic or devoid of life, or full of "healthy substitutes" that taste bad and kill joy, you're a huge inspiration

  9. Honestly 😏we been eating thins meal regularly sense I was young girl im 61 yrs old and grandma use to cook it also . lady you good cook yes but don’t think what you cook we never cooked before .
