🍫 S’mores Protein Pancake Puffs 🥞 (recipe makes 24 total puffs)
– 60g Kodiak pancake mix
– 16g PBFit
– 20g Ryse jet-puffed loaded protein powder
– 1 tsp of baking powder
– pinch of salt
– 80g Chobani plain nonfat Greek yogurt
– dash of vanilla
– 2 eggs
– 60g Fairlife milk
– 2 tbsp semisweet chocolate chips

Bake at 375 for 10 mins or until golden brown.

🍗 Spicy Chicken Pasta Salad 🥗
– 1 bag shredded lettuce
– 100g Just Bare spicy chicken nuggets
– 1 serving of cooked Goodles protein pasta
– ¼ cup of Jack’s Cantina salsa

🥪 Sub in a Tub 🥗
– 2 slices of turkey
– 2 slices of ham
– 2 slices of bacon
– 1 slice of provolone cheese
– pickles
– 1 bag of shredded lettuce
– 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
– 1 tbsp mayo
– 1 tsp Italian seasoning
– salt + pepper to taste

Mix and chop well. I had mine with 1.5 servings of Snackish Vinegar Rush chips.

🧁 Single-Serving Dot Cake
‘Cheesecake’ 🎂
– ¾ cup Chobani nonfat plain Greek yogurt
– 20g Ryse jet-puffed birthday cake loaded protein powder
– ¼ box Jello sugar free cheesecake instant pudding mix
– 2 tbsp Fairlife milk

Mix and place into a Keebler mini graham cracker pie crust.

Top with dot sprinkles.

Place in the freezer for about 30 mins for best consistency.
