Ingredients – Pizza Dough
Yeast activation ( Yeast -2 1/4 tsp and Luke warm water – 1 cup , Sugar -1 tsp )
Wheat flour – 3 cups
Salt – 1 tsp
Olive oil – 1 ladle

Pizza sauce:
Tomato -6
Garlic – 3 cloves
Carrot -1
Big Onion -1
Herbs (Italian seasoning ,Oregano leaves , Basil leaves , Paprika powder ) – as required
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 pinch

Toppings:
Paneer
Onion
Capsicum
Jalapeno
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1tsp
Curd – 1 tsp
Lemon – 1tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Chesse
Herbs (as mentioned above ) – Small amount
