  1. here is a brownie recipe

    Ingredients

Butter: 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted

Sugar: 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar

    Eggs: 2 large eggs

    Vanilla: 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cocoa Powder: 1/2 cup (45g) high-quality unsweetened cocoa powder

    Flour: 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour

    Salt: 1/4 tsp salt

Baking Powder: 1/4 tsp (optional, for a slightly lighter texture)

    Instructions

Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) square baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk the melted butter and sugar together. Add the eggs and vanilla, and whisk vigorously for about 1–2 minutes. This helps create that shiny, paper-thin crust on top.

Add Dry Ingredients: Gently stir in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix, or the brownies will become tough.

Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 22–27 minutes.

The Toothpick Test: Insert a toothpick into the center; it should come out with a few moist crumbs attached (not wet batter).

Cool: Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting them into squares. This is the hardest part, but it ensures they set properly!

Quick Tip: For an extra rich flavor, add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips or a pinch of espresso powder to the batter.
